Piazzo: wines to live

For years, structure has been synonymous with prestige in the wine world. Tannins, concentration, power: the more evident they were, the more important the wine seemed.

Drinkability, on the other hand, was barely mentioned. As if it were a lesser quality.

Today, Piazzo chooses to reverse this perspective.
Our wines are made to be drunk, shared and experienced. Not just stored. Not just left to age.

Our vision stems from a simple fact: drinkability is what people are really looking for.
That doesn’t mean simplicity. It means balance.

Our wines are traditional, deeply rooted in the local terroir, but interpreted with a clear vision: they have to be good today.
“It’s good today, it will be perfect in ten years’ time, and it can last for thirty years.” This is our philosophy today.

A universal language

Versatility is a virtue. A wine must work in different contexts, with different cuisines, with different cultures. It must be inclusive, capable of accompanying an important dinner as well as a more informal occasion.

Our wines are designed with this in mind: perfect to drink, perfect in context, perfect for every pairing. They don’t demand rigidity but adapt to express different and ever-changing qualities.

Versatile wines, real occasions

“Wines to be experienced” also means overcoming the idea that a great wine requires a special occasion.
It could be a meal with friends, a family get-together, or simply a light-hearted moment.

We have chosen to make wines that combine finesse and energy, depth and freshness, the ability to evolve and convey immediate pleasure. Because a great wine must not only stand the test of time, it must also be able to enhance the present.
