Barbaresco DOCG Pajoré

Barbaresco DOCG Pajoré - Piazzo

This Barbaresco originates in Treiso, from one of the best-loved crus, but its true strength lies in the piece of our history that accompanies it.

It was first produced in 2019, exactly 40 years after the winery’s first Barbaresco, which was made in 1979. It is named after a farmhouse in the heart of the vineyard, “Pajoré”, the legacy of an ancestral family named Peirolero.
A place that now gives life to a wine that, while it may be new, has deep roots. Here, the vines grow in challenging, poor soils that yield grapes that are small in quantity but big in character.
The result is a refined, silky Barbaresco with elegant balsamic notes.

It is the most contemporary wine in the collection: balanced, precise, never excessive.
A wine that is easy to drink, yet full of surprises. Perfect for those seeking elegance without sacrificing personality.
