Barbera d’Alba DOC Fil Rus

Barbera d’Alba DOC Fil Rus - Piazzo

This Barbera originates from the meeting of the Langhe and Roero regions.

A common thread (“fil rus” in Piedmontese dialect) crosses the River Tanaro, linking vineyards situated on the left and right banks of the river: neighbouring but profoundly different areas in terms of soil, exposure and character.

These differences strike a balance in the glass. This is a Barbera that retains the spirit of rural tradition while also being solid and contemporary.
